At El Zócalo food truck, we’re a Christian, family-owned business serving delicious food since 2022. Originally from Mexico. Our food truck El Zócalo, is named after the iconic Zócalo in Mexico City, the city’s main square and heart of culture, history, and community.
At El Zócalo, we’re putting a bold, modern twist on traditional birria. We’ve taken the flavors you love and reimagined them in unexpected ways—like birria ramen, birria egg rolls, and even Hot Cheeto birria balls! 
Each dish honors our heritage while introducing exciting new flavor combinations that you won’t find anywhere else in Topeka.
